We have a lot of TV program nowadays but which program manage to aaawww you? Me? Definitely The X-Factor UK version. Yes, it is basically just a normal singing talent show we watch on TV but what amazes me is the effort of each and every contestant that was put in. How far they would go to make sure their dream come true even if they have to beg by the street just to pay for their bus ticket to get to the audition. These contestants came from all walks of life. Rich or poor, pretty or not, it doesn't matter.
Not having a perfect physical appearance is not a reason for some of them to not reach for their dreams. Nothing gets away from it. These people shows that they really want it and they know what they want. We, on the other hand, give up so quickly when ever we can't reach for the stars. We leave our dreams behind when failure comes knocking at the front door. Not to them. They have come all they way and they would do anything to finish it up.
So what drive do they have that differentiate us with them? Nothing. Except different skin colour, different accent, different culture and way of living. Other than that, they will still be buried once they're dead.
