What does your dad do at home everyday after his retirement?
Well, my dad pretty much 'occupied' himself at home. My dad's job requires him to travel every now and then previously. From one country to another. So the family were used to him not being at home even during festive season like Aidilfitri or Chinese New Year. But with his hard work when he was young, alhamdulillah he managed to retire earlier than those within his age.
So when you have a job from 8 to 5 previously, changed to waking up at 8am but still at home, you gotta have some activities to past your time. Or else you'll feel like the world stops.
My dad takes care of his health from a very young age. He takes vitamins and watch what he eats, so thank God, I can say he has an excellent health.
One of his secret is exercise, not the ones that requires you to go to gym. But home-exercise.
Went back to my home town one day, while watching TV, my youngest sister asked
Dianah: 'Kak, you wanna see something or not?'
Me : 'What is it?'
She gave me a notebook and asked me to see what my father did.
